
The 3rd International Symposium on Electronic Information Engineering and Intelligent Communication (EIC 2026) will be held from November 13-15, 2026 in Xi'an, China. EIC 2026 will focus on the latest research areas in electronic information engineering and intelligent communication, providing an international platform for experts, professors, scholars, and engineers from universities, research institutes, and enterprises both domestically and internationally to share professional experiences, expand their professional networks, and showcase research achievements. The conference aims to promote the development and application of theories and technologies in this field within universities and enterprises, as well as to facilitate connections and collaborations among attendees for future global partnerships. We invite experts, scholars, practitioners from universities, research institutions, industry professionals, and other related individuals to participate and exchange ideas at this conference.

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of EIC 2026 will be published in the SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering, which will be archived in the SPIE Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.
Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
