 | Senior Researcher Xianfu ChenNational level talent, Chief ScientistCyberAray, ChinaXianfu Chen received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Information Science and Electronic Engineering (ISEE), Zhejiang University in 2012, where he was awarded the title of "ISEE Honorary Student". He joined the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland in April 2012, and currently serves as a tenured Senior Researcher at the centre. Dr. Chen has been named on Stanford University's list of the World's Top 2% Scientists in 2021, 2022 and 2023. He is the recipient of the 2023 Exemplary Editor Award of IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking, the 2021 IEEE Communications Society Outstanding Paper Award, the 2021 Best Paper Award of IEEE Internet of Things Journal, and multiple Best Paper Awards from international academic conferences. |
