All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of EIC 2025 will be published in the SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X), which will be archived in the SPIE Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.

Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

Telecommunications Science (ISSN: 1000-0801, CN: 11-2103/TN) is a Chinese core journal (Peking University Core) sponsored by the China Institute of Communications. It comprehensively covers the telecommunications field, with key sections including Overviews, Special Topics, R&D, Engineering & Applications, and Communication Standards. The journal aims to present the latest developments, applications, and practices in communication technology. It is indexed by Peking University Core and JST.
